OCCUPANCY AND REGULATIONS
AT CASA LA VIDA DULCE
The total number of overnight guests allowed: 18 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 20 total guests including children.
- Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the El Banco Homeowners Association
- All outside guests must be approved by the Resident Manager for day visits
- No pets allowed without prior written consent
- Mexican Law prevails
- Guests waive liability claims against the owner of Casa La Vida Dulce
- Smoking is not allowed inside enclosed buildings or any of the rooms, smoking outside is permissible
- Fees to cover damages to Casa La Vida Dulce will be deducted from the security deposit
